"We met Joe Hanrath of J. M. Construction approximately 8 years ago and met with him to discuss the plans  for our dream home every year over a period of 5 years.  Bearing in mind that it was just a large wooded area.  We were working abroad at the time, and only came to Canada once a year.  We had to place our utmost trust in Joe and his company as we knew we would not be here to see the progress.

The house was designed by my husband and I and Joe was right on track with dimension and special offers in order to save us money. We kept in touch by phone with any changes we had to make and Joe was right on top of everything.

We were certainly not disappointed in any way, the quality of work was excellent, he went above and beyond requirements to make sure our appliances were installed and working in time for us to move into the house.  The house was very clean and looked wonderful when we arrived to move in.  He made an excellent job of the fireplace and pine vaulted ceiling, which are the main features in our living room.
